Where They Go

Launching Careers in Real Estate

University Capital alumni are working at some of the most respected firms in the industry — from institutional investment managers and private equity funds to commercial brokerage firms and development companies across the country.

The experience gained here is real: students leave having underwritten live deals, built financial models from scratch, and presented to actual investors. That track record opens doors that internship programs rarely do.

Many alumni credit their time at University Capital as the defining experience that differentiated them in a competitive job market and gave them the confidence to perform from day one.
